There are still over 50 bugs open against Oxygen Update 1 RC2 (4.7.1 RC2). Please go over your bugs, and either make sure they get fixed or assigned to another milestone.
Note that you need a +1 from a component lead or a PMC member. For RC3 PMC approval will be required (see endgame plan for more details). Thanks, Dani
