The recommended way to include third-party libraries is to create
separate plugins for each of them, so that if needed different own
plugins can refer to different versions of a library. But this is kind
of too much work, so it is only guava that is separated because we had
a dependency before
Quick one: There seems to be a project whose sole purpose is to include the
Guava libraries. Couldn't this just be added as a library to the other
projects?
