Hi,
If anyone is writing plugins based on erlide, please be advised that we are
currently undergoing a major rewrite of the APIs. Version 0.23.2 is the
last one that has the old API.
The new API will look like it should have from the beginning, with a number
of "model services" available, for example for searching the model for a
certain function, or for parsing Erlang code, or for indenting/formatting
it. The exact details are not decided, so there wil be several "waves" of
changes until it settles down.
When this is done, we will probably even release a version 1.0. We didn't
do that until now mainly because we wanted to retain the ability to do just
this kind of changes without getting to version 15.0 in two weeks or so.
I apologize if this causes inconveniences for you. Until the API is
somewhat ready, there will be few normal bugfixes, so it should not be a
big problem. If it is, please contact me and we will see how we can work
together to alleviate the effects.
