The March 2 draft that was uploaded today to http://wiki.ecmascript.org/doku.php?id=es3.1:es3.1_proposal_working_draft is intended to be the final draft that TC-39 will review, at its March 25-26, 2009 meeting, for approval for publication as the ES3.1 Candidate Specification. This is intended to be the competed specification that will be used as the basis of the testing and validation phase of the standardization process. At that meeting we will review all reported errors and other concerns reported against this draft and either make real-time corrections or agree upon specific corrections to made after the meeting. Hopefully at the conclusions of the meeting we will either have an approved final candidate specification or conditional approval subject to application of an agreed upon set of edits.
It's really important that this draft is carefully reviewed. Please report any problems you find to this list and/or me as soon as possible.
