Is it GPL? I would like to have a copy of it... Actually Id rather have a copy on CDROM I may be able to do that with my tv tuner... but I havnt practiced with it much... The few tests Ive done have worked (I got the sound sounding better... ) I bet bobC's tv tuner does better than mine :)
