Hey Tim, That would be a Linksys ProConnect 2-port. A very simple and small KVM that I'd say is impossible to beat for the basics. Quality is top notch and works off the keyboard or KVM itself. There you have it. Don't forget to link /dev/video to /dev/video0 for your TV card.
