Oops! A2ps was developed by Europeans. It comes configured for
European A4 paper by default. Reconfigure it and rebuild it with
"Letter" as the default paper size.
I think the command is:
% ./configure --with-medium=Letter
Sorry, I ran into that last year when I installed it, but I'd
forgotten.
