The steam propelled torpedoes JH Byrne mentioned were powered by
concentrated hydrogen peroxide. H2O2 contains a lot of energy that might be
more useful in the submarine that navigates in the open water beneath the
ice. Good idea about contacting agencies with similar problems to solve.

I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I don't know what CAD/CAM software is. Is it for creating diagrams? Robert, would you also be able to

actually be a push along a new concept path for the actual Europa probe.
