Actually, he surely registered (he filled the first form with all the
data needed and pressed the confirm button) and he got 2 mails, one
about his info and one about how to pay.

if it is so urgent please register again and we will delete the old
registration afterwards. Now you are able to pay via credit card
during registration process.
