fact that they will be supplying the mics, cameras, staging, projectors, PA,
etc that we would need to have hired anyway.
They will be recording straight to disk, and have a single camera, plus split
from the projector feed for each room. The main room will have a full time
technician there,

more about Plone (and Zope).
We need some volunteers though. If anyone is interested in taking a
bit of time on rotation manning the table and showing people demos of
Plone stuff then let me know.

additional cost for this? We are not sure yet if we will bring him to
