hello everybody, those of you who are already in Vilnius knows that the weather is somewhat, hum, "liquid"... so, I am asking : what are you doing this "sun"-day afternoon ? could we perhaps find ourselves in a bar, somewhere ? or even swap ideas about killing time ? :-) -- Antoine Boegli sof

Hello, > What's it like in Vilnius these days? I guess it is too late already but if information is still valuable weather is rather bad these days. I would recommend to have umbrella at least (unusually rainy days). Some warmer clothes might help as well because it is about 20 degrees outside. R

[EuroPython] SMTP is filtered/sniffed on wireless in hotel

Just in case: I noticed that the (outgoing) SMTP in the hotel's wireless network is filtered (very) transparently by the local router. I noticed because the postfix that seems to filter it presents you with an invalid certificate when trying to connect via SMTP/TLS to the outside world. Beware

Hellos, I'm sitting at my hostel in Vilnius preparing for my presentations. I've managed to get wireless internet working from windows here, but for some reason my linux doesn't like this particular access point. After a marathon 38ish hour journey I arrived at almost midnight, then fell asleep.
