[EVDL] { switching to now use new email address (via nabble) }

Well, it looks like the nabble archive does allow brucedp# posts, but the unoffical archive isn't. So, I will switch whch email address I post to the evdl.org so that my posts can be seen on either evdl.org archive. For EVLN EV-newswire posts view:
