[EVDL] old Fast Charger for non profit or other good use of a fast charger?

Someone offered me an old, free DC Fast Charger from big charger brand. Voltage up to 500V, Current up to 125A. It needs 480V, 79A (100A service). With at least 75kVA distribution transformer it might work from 208V 250A 3-phase service. At the moment only CHAdeMO works, CCS may be repairable.
