Around here (in New Jersey) there are plenty of places that advertise "We
buy junk cars". I just had a junk pickup, that had very few useful parts
left, taken away on a flatbed for free.

I got stranded because a fuse blew in my battery box that effectively
disconnected the DC to my charger. My EV is a US Electricar S10 pickup with
3 phase AC controller. System voltage ~320VDC.
I have a contactor in the battery box that supplies pack voltage to the

It consists of a 3kW tank heater, a 12V solar pump, piped to the OEM heater
core.
My problem? I can't figure out why it is so damn hard to get the air out of
the system.
The tank and the pump are down low, the heater core about

I don't think they will care for that.

The booklet that comes with Calb (Blue) cells says when OCV reaches 3.0V
depth of discharge is over 90%.
I have 100AH (Blue) cells and a Lithiumate BMS in my EV too. Even at 1C
(100A) you will get a lot of voltage sag.
At 3C (300A) you will have sag probably below 2.5V. As temperature drops

Thanks Michael for the very useful and thorough discussion. I hope to do an

My problem with the whole wireless charging "dog and pony show" is the lost

For instance, even if the high frequency transformer had NO air gap, there
would still be a limit to its efficiency.
