By definition, (I would assume) there has to be some drag associated with
charging in motion.  But if the charging strips were in the deceleration
area at every stop light and stop sign, then this could be an advantage.

But if an EV is driving locally in stop and go local streets, it mostly is a
local car and doesn’t need  a charge away from home!  No net gain...

But I guess steep down hill sections on the interstates might also be
applicable?
