But since the mostly own the panels and the electrons they make for the installations, it is not worth their while for them to be broken. It is a good deal if they don't fold someday. Sunpower is bonded so if they go out of business, there is a mechanism to honor the warranty. In a short time, I couldn't find what seemed like a complete warranty for all their products. It is limited whereas the Sunpower is not.
