If power is available elsewhere, do not make these the best two spots which can create EV animosity in the short term. Better to have the two spaces in a highly visible location but far from the front door so people will see then every day, but not feel compelled to park their ICE there nor hate those that park their EV's there. Usually, though, the power is available closer to the building and so the best spots right up front become EV spots by default... but it is a fine balance between promoting EV adoption and ending up promoting EV animosity.... BUT if you have a choice for convenient power elsewhere in the parking lot, please consider putting the EV chargers in the best visibility location, but not the shortest walk.
