Ok, I added your broadcast to the WPD main broadcast page: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/world-plone-day > Let me know which button to press in order to start broadcasting. Here are the instructions to broadcast and record: 1) Go to your show page 2) Press the "Broadcast now" button 3) When the Broadcast console starts up, press the "Start broadcast" and the "Start record" buttons. By pressing the record button, you will make a recording that can be watched later after the event is over. That's it! If all goes well, it should start broadcasting and recording your show. Open up another browser and go to your show page to confirm that it is indeed streaming the video. Other things you can do: 1) Add an "Overlay" with a link to your WPD web page for viewers who want more info 2) Create a poll for your viewers to answer. 3) Send a message to Twitter to let folks know you are broadcasting. Be sure to use @worldploneday so that we can re-tweet it out to the folks who are followign @worldploneday. 4) Take questions from those who couldn't physically attend the event, using the chat window. Notice that this is just an IRC channel so you can use your favorite IRC client to follow the conversation. Have fun!
