The official announcement of YEF will come soon but I already know that we can spend up to 500 EUR from the money of YEF. That means we just need to decide how to spend that money. I think I would like to make another batch of the round tuits and postcards - but the latter needs some updates. Rich could you handle this, please? I think I'll try to print the community cards myself, if I can get the files from Salve. I have also started to think to buy a 22" screen that we can use to display things during the event. (150 EUR) I am not sure if we really need it now at CeBit - on FOSDEM I think it could have been useful and I don't really know how to handle it between events. (I also have this slight bad feeling that I don't see people getting active organizing Perl stands on other events in which case a screen is really a waste.) BTW Renee, do you have a large ( >= 22") external screen that you could bring to CeBit?
