As I remember you are registered there.
I'd recommend to give a few talks as well and connect the talks and the booth:
the speakers can mention the booth and at the booth you can point out the
related talks.

You can prepare some give away promotional text based on what we already
have here: http://github.com/szabgab/perl-promotion/
I am working on a budget for the events group for the next 3-6 months
to propose to TPF and so I was wondering what do you plan and what
expenses do you expect that need external financing. Even if your expense
are covered by local sponsors it would be nice to collect this information on
the wiki so we can compare the events and that we can look up things
next year.
