We have just upgraded our production server to Evergreen 3.13 and it
seems that, for some reason, we only see English (US) as a single
language in the dropdown in the translation interface.
E.g., when a consortium name should be translated, one can go to
https://bugsquash.mobiusconsortiu
e a second server for them. If someone else
claims them before I do, then you might be testing them on a
different machine :)

Essentially, fail2ban is configured to watch Nginx's access log,
and if more than 10 claudebot requests appear within the past
minute from a particular IP, it automatically blocks all requests
from that IP for the next 24 hours. I would think that something
similar could work fo
