We used authorize.net in the past. It took me over a year to discontinue
service with them. It was a terrible experience. And I was actually warned
by 2 different people that it would be a nightmare to disconnect with
authorize.net.
We currently use Sekure Pay-Payanywhere.com
And it has been fabulo
I am very interested in hearing more about the Circ Training Roundtable

Diane If there are no bills attached to the item, then you can edit the
number of claims return in the patron account*-if *you have the Circ1,
LibraryManager, or LocalAdmin permissions.
But the system does not automatically remove that number in the patron
count- which is dumb.

Can we all try to attach a condition report to a glossy cover that a very
small piece of tape will come off of easily or just put the slip in with
the edge showing -just NOT taped, top and bottom inside the book on the
paper! There is no way to remove this temporary note without damage to the
book.

Have any of you had any trouble with Evergreen sending multiple copies of
holds? We just had a patron get second copies of 3 books. It's almost like
the system renewed the hold when we checked the first copies out.

I would like to figure out where to include staff initials on our new
patron accounts. Does anyone require this info? It is really helpful when
training new staff to know "who" entered the data.

Would it be possible to have a message pop up to alert a patron when a
recent HOLD has expired or been cancelled. It might say something like: A
recent HOLD has been cancelled by you or the system because it was not
picked up on time. Do you want to re-request it?"
