The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) is a 90 minute test
psychologist use to measure creativity in humans. Recently GPT-4 was given
the test and its results were compared with 2700 college students who took
the TTCT in 2016. The Scholastic Testing Service, which graded GPT-4
results, didn't know an AI was involved. TTCT is copyrighted and
proprietary so GPT-4 couldn't just look up the answers on the Internet.
They found that GPT-4 is in the top 1% for creative fluency, the ability to
generate lots of ideas, and in the top 1% for originality, coming up with
new ideas, but only in the top 3% in flexibility, the ability to think of
new categories of solutions.

And never forget that right now GPT-4 is as stupid as it's ever going to
be.
