Hi, I found an article in New Scientist that might have a bearing on some of the discusions here. New Scientist is a popular British Science magazine along the lines of Scientific American but not quite as good.
The article is entitled "Nothing but noise" and describes the work of Reginald Cahill and Christopher Klinger from Flinders University in Adelaide. Perhaps they are already on this list?
