Hi Bruno,

By definition comp assumes an invariance of consciousness for some transformation. So I have no clue what you mean by comp non includuing consciousness. Do you mean the reconstituted person is a p-zombie. A guy acting like the original, but lacking any subjective experience?

Then how does my
consciousness get teleported to Helsinki ?

I toughty you said yourself that the mind is not something localized. consciousness is a mind state, something immaterial at the start. it is not teleported, it is enable to manifest itself through a computer which dynaically mirror the environment so that the consciousness, which is in platonia, manifest itself relatively correctly with respect to the more probable environment, which are defined by infinities of computations. But here I anticipate on the next steps.

I know you are intuitive and not so much for theoretical reasoning, but the idea is to ASSUME comp (and get familiarity with the idea) and reason from it, pushing the logic to its ultimate consequence. The point will be that Plato's conception of reality is far more rational than Aristotle one. And this in a testable way, already confirmed, formally and informally from what we can extrapolate from the (weird) behavior of particles around us.
