Re: [evince] Windows binary link gone
Hi ! I left on the following the packages I created with msys2 and styrene. So far 3.26.0-2 is the lastest version and I packaged the 64 bits version. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9oaq3bdmjjroiso/AADl3RV_XaiJ1dotrhH2D-8Ca?dl=0 Cheers, -- Juanjo Marin El 31/03/18 a las 02:52, Germán Poo-Caamaño escribió: On Thu, 2018-03-29 at 13:06 +1000, Fisher Grubb wrote: Hi Jose and German, Thanks for the links, but seems like they are not in drop box anymore. Hi Jose and German, Thanks for the links, but seems like they are not in drop box anymore. How can I get them? Are you able to put them up on the main Evince Gnome page? At the moment, one can't download any Windows version, I think its fine if you can't support it for bug fixes, but why not at least have one version there for people to use? I'm wanting to use Evince as I'm used to it from Ubuntu and I also prefer to use open source stuff, its usually more light weight and less bugs. Good to know it :-) It would be great if you can go through the opened Evince bugs on Windows, and check if they are still valid. Dear Fisher, we are not maintaining evince for windows. We just don't have the time to do it... You have two options. Either use msys2 and install evince from it, or look in the archives of this list where Juanjo Marin has provided some unofficial windows evince binaries.
