I've added an 'id' property to the e-plugin element, this is used to uniquely identify each plugin loaded, and must be globally unique. I had overlooked this originally and although it isn't used directly yet, it wont hurt to have it.
Plugins now wont load if they are missing this

I am trying to compile evo 2.0.1.
The system is an RH9 derivative, with Gnome 2.4. All the other parts,
including evolution-data-server, are compiled and installed.
The configure has succeeded. But the make has failed (after quite some
time of work).

I would like to know if there's any way of removing an attachment from
an email, while keeping the text, headers, etc., exactly as in the
original email.
I found several other people wanting this, and also people using this in
other clients having the feature.
