It's an unthankful job, but I've got lots of karma to burn off.

The moral of the story? I'm not sure there is one, other than "If you're
having a really weird Evo problem, it may in fact not be an Evo problem
at all!"

I'm always tempted to let people think I'm normal.

's not broken in any way, in fact I'm really happy with the
.15 release in almost every way. Except this one. *g*
If I "select all" and "apply filters," the mail that matches filters
does go where it's supposed to... which leaves all the unfiltered mail
in that "
if the bug's fixed (haven't looked this week yet, silly me) but until it
is, I'm a POP user for my local mail.

The space between his ears pow
ng to change the mail settings pukes Evo.
And then I realize that I was a moron for deleting my redcarpet cache
directory.
So I'm penning this from an ancient version of Balsa I had laying around.
Bleah. I'll just start checking the FTP site daily in the hopes of getting
a working Evo back
Is it just me, or is RC giving strange dependency failures for the Evo
Snaps channel? I get a screenful of "evolution depends on
libbonobox.so.2 which is not available" and so forth...

Odd, what? Needless to say, I'm not going to bother trying to sign a
message while this is going on. *shrug*
Mind you, it tends to be a moot issue when you can't find a $&*#
keyserver that's reliable enough to put into your .gnupg/options file...

I could
convince gensig to "insert" the randomized part into an HTML-ized sig.
Which isn't the same as asserting that HTML-ized sigs aren't pure evil,
of course. I'm not going to start THAT debate, since that would be like
kicking off yet another KDE/GNOME,
s fun!), and I
downloaded the compiled Evo RPMs from the usual FTP location. I have yet
to try installing Nautilus, RedCarpet or any of that.
