I didn't have any luck with it, though.
Well I have set the pipe to shell command option set to
/usr/bin/spamd -c (without the quotes) and it works fine...
What is the -f option you want to use? I can't find it in the
spamassassin documentation...

starting evolution or opening the gnome control panel
again and once more after checking my settings (which I presume started
the daemon) and then it worked...

filter directly above it down until the filter is in the desired
position...

to be able to perform a regex
search on attachments, that way you could define a filter that
automatically moves such messages to a special folder...
regex match both on message header and message body don't work...

Not only did it make sense, it work wonderfully!
I ran killev like you suggested and this is the output I got, after that
Evolution started just fine, didn't ask for my password and retrieved

spam automatically. A simple question during setup would you like to
activate the default spam filters? or something like that could then be
used to activate them or not.
