Hi,
it's not "a bit older" version, it's an ancient version. The current
stable version series is 3.30.x.

In your version, if I'm not mistaken, the code you are looking for is
in gtkhtml3, not in evolution itself. The code moved to evolution when
it had been ported to WebKitGTK+ years later.
