Don't forget the best way to stay consistent is to start by following  
the HIG's guidelines on right click menu ordering:

So, for example, the first item for a mail folder should be  
Refresh, since double-clicking the folder refreshes it.

Not sure, I'm not exactly a programmer :)  But presumably the same API
you'd use to get/set any other style property:
