I added some accel-keys to reading email faster.

Personally I find your choice of ordering of J/K and S/D odd for
next/prev, seems to me they should be flipped.
Also, your gtk_paned_size == 55 is unlikely to work for everyone
The other problem is that those key bindings are hardly
self-explanatory/discoverable :(
