Patches should go to evolution-patches, and they should contain ChangeLog entries, if they are intended to be actual patches and not just examples.
I'm reviewing it assumg it was actually intended to go in as is, and not just a prototype, and it can't, it doesn't even work.

Message / Reply -- I believe this should stay Reply to All to be really clear. The icons can be too small to quickly know which item is which and mistakenly choose Reply to All when you meant just to reply

* Since Select all messages within a folder has moved to

Actually, these changes are slated for the Evolution 2.2 release. With
the addition of the EPlugins in Evolution 2.2, the menus should be
regarded as part of the Evolution API. (The plugins will be changing
the menus and they will stop working if the menus are changed.) This
