What does Unsort do? My guesses are:
* Undoes the last sort, reverting to whatever you sorted to previously.
* Randomizes the messages using some sort of hash.
* Displays the messages in the order they are in the actual mbox (or whatever) file, which is almost the same as sorting by date,

That. It's also describable as the order the messages were added to the
folder in, which is usually the order you received
