I added a new utility to evolution-shell-component-utils for putting up a dialog after a component activation fails. The mailer uses it when constructing the composer now, which means we might get more useful error messages about those failures in the future. I didn't modify anything else to use it, although it might be good to make the bonobo-config activation in the shell use it.
