How I can get a CVS-Copy, how can I get I an overview about the source?
Is there an hackers-howto?

evolution is stored in the gnome cvs tree, the information relating to
that can be used, try looking at developer.gnome.org, under 'getting
involved', and 'tools'.
Once you have patches, try sending them here with an explanation of what
it fixes. Patches must contain ChangeLog's too.
