I have solved a part of the problem and hopefully the bug you identified has solved the other part. Going through another mail client and choosing subscriptions, I found out that Inbox wasn't subscribed. Not having Inbox subscribed caused all other folders to disappear from manage subscription

Hi everybody, in the list archive, I found a thread titled "How do I get rid of "preformatted" ". My evo is suffering from the same problem, but with ubuntu 15.04, at the moment I seem to be restricted to evo 3.16.0. Is there another solution than waiting for the update? Cheers, Wolf

Or you can just compile it from source: Easy way is to install evolution-*-devel packages, which will install the devel dependencies. Then uninstall evolution*-devel packages only. Don't forget to kill any running evolution packages (ps -aux|grep evo). Then...the following works for me:
