[Evolution] CardDAV / owncloud: Creating new contact fails with 412

Hello, I'm using evo with CalDAV and CardDAV. Most of it works nicely again (providers had numerous problems), but creating a new contact still fails with Error 412. I tried two hosters - blaucloud.de and woelkli.com - the same with both. What can I do - or could the hoster do? I'm on evo
