Ok I figured out the problem Finally ! There was a message stuck in the Local Machine outbox!!! I kept checking the Exchange outbox with no luck since in the Preferences Account view the local Machine account was unchecked. I have also leaned that when I check the box to send emails via

[Evolution] Trouble with EWS Contacts since Upgrading to 3.24

Hello. Since I upgraded to 3.24 last night on Arch, I'm having trouble syncing my Contacts on my EWS account. I get frequent errors like this: https://goo.gl/photos/2BJAicEw4KCWeh618 It does this for numerous address books that I apparently have in my EWS account, but that I never knew about.
