Hi everybody I am asking a question for something that I solved a long time ago but I can't remember, or seem to see, how I did it. I have a number of email addresses that get checked for mail and I have all incoming mail from these going into the one folder. I have just added another email

Thanks for the replies. What I don't understand is if its the ISP then why does it allow me to send a forwarded email with no text from my ms outlook account? Likewise, I can do the same with Evolution from my wife's Arch system. Wouldn't the same rule have applied to to all pcs going via

Interesting comment here. I hope I interpreted it correctly. It seems to be ok now if I pust just one character in the text area of the forwarded email. No idea why, but, blind forwarding seems to be the problem. It is not my provider as suggested by someone else and I never thought that was

Hello everybody, I have Evolution (3.28.5-0ubuntu0.18.04.1) installed on two pcs. It has been running pretty much perfectly until when I now try to forward messages I get the following message: DATA command failed: 5.7.1 5C1AEA603EA3B84F Message content rejected due to suspected spam. OB703”.

Hi again everybody, I finally worked this out. I have to enable the 'general' archive function from edit>preferences and then 'mail preferences' at the bottom. It works following this. Sorry if this is what you were telling me but I misse it. Got it now. Thanks again for your help :) On

Hi everybody Can anybody tell me how to utilise the button on the top tool bar that says"Move selected messages to the archive folder for the account"? I do not have an archive in my folder list by default, creating one does not make this function usable. I can't see this mentioned in the "Help"
