[Evolution] Accidental sorting

2008-03-10 Thread Timo Sirainen
Is it really necessary that a single click on the From/Subject/Received/etc. column header changes the sorting? I use it on purpose maybe once a month, and accidentally hit it several times a week, which is getting annoying. How about instead a popup-menu with radio buttons: o No sorting o

This was very helpful. I discovered that some of these files had not been loaded in even though YAST said that they were. I re-loaded the files and they showed up as options in my gnome-pilot but when I try to sync, it crashes my Palm!!! I tried to narrow down the problem: If I choose synch for

Hello, there are some hidden options to enable that, they are on by default, but if you use trunk/svn and scheme install failed for you, then the option is off. Try create/check these bool values in gconf editor: /apps/evolution/mail/display/thread_latest (Whether sort threads based on

I think what the original person meant is that if you have no message selected and something happens to the folder, the system automatically selects message number 1 which invariably means that the view immediately scrolls to the top of the list. As the original poster said, this most often

[Evolution] E-mail Can't Be Deleted

An e-mail that I forwarded reappeared in my Outbox. When I delete it from the outbox, and then attempt to empty the Trash folder (using File--Empty Trash), I get an Evolution Error dialog: Error while Expunging folder. Error storing '~/.evolution/mail/local/Outbox (mbox)': Summary and folder

I just realized that *every* e-mail I send gets copied to the trash folder (from where it can not be emptied). This is a disaster. ___ Evolution-list mailing list Evolution-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list

If you exit evolution and delete the Trash file, when you re-enter evolution, it will recreate the Trash file without the offending e-mail. On Mon, 2008-03-10 at 13:46 -0400, Donald E. Holt wrote: An e-mail that I forwarded reappeared in my Outbox. When I delete it from the outbox, and then
