Although if you are migrating the whole account, simply copying your
HOME would do.

I do this quite often. Easiest way is the do an Evolution "Backup" on your old 
system, copy that file to the new computer and then do an Evolution "Restore". 
You'll have to reenter your account passwords but that's about it.
