calendar folders ? Please get the E2K_DEBUG traces. You need to run
exchange separately in a terminal and set the environment variable

What is the timezone which your using ? There is an issue w.r.t
Jerusalem timezone in 2.10.x which has been fixed in later releases.

I think its a bug and prolly you might want to use the latest stable
version evolution 2.22.x. It seems to be fixed unless its a locale
