In the Mail window, auto-completion is apparently turned off (i.e. it
doesn't auto-complete, even for addresses I use all the time). The
autocompletion

console and see if there are any error messages?

Well, 'Preferences-Mail Accounts-account-Receiving Options' has an
option called 'Override Server-supplied Folder Namespace'. You might try
playing with that.
