I'm running 2.12.2 (with Exchange) and recently noticed that editing an
existing all-day event causes that event's time/day range to go berserk.
It's easy to re-create:
1. Create an all-day event and save. Everything looks OK.

event? I have a smartphone that thinks this is an All Day event but
when it is sync'd up with evolution, it does not display as an All Day
