ibnetdiscover library idea was only briefly reviewed in OFED-1.4 period.
It didn't enter OFED-1.4.

mention that on slide 11 mvapich2 1.2 is the actually release and not
mvapich2 1.1. Also, there are a couple typos such as Fedore (instead of
Fedora) on slide 12. Is Fedora still going by Fedora Core? Thanks.
