Try the concatenate function
=CONCATENATE("I have "&B1&" hands and "&C1&" Eyes")
Notice the spaces for the text inside the quotation marks...you need
those spaces to format your sentence properly.

I uploaded an example/explanation of what I'm trying to do. The file

the fact that the cell you're referring to is a function is irrelevant.
