in this example you need to select range D2 to H23,
after that you will be asked for destination column where you need result,
here you need to select whole column like column J.

copy the userform to an email in Outlook,
Send the email,
have the recipient change something and click a button
and have the userform respond to your Excel workbook?
I don't think you're going to have any luck with that approach.
