Use Mail Merge to do it i.e build up your data in Excel and then in Ms word
the option available is Mail merge. When you use Mail Merge as option you
get the opportunity to bring your Excel data to Ms word. Just google Mail
merge with Excel - I'm sure you will get it.

How is it possible ?
I did attempt to link them and update, but after that how do i get word to
keep on continuing the sequence ?
