Sheet1 A1: Subject Format: Text A2: Document Code format: AAA-BBB-99 999-L-00001 AAA-BBB-99 999-F-00001 AAA-BBB-99 999-T-00001 AAA-BBB-99 999-E-00001 AAA-BBB-99 999-M-00001 99 999-AAA-CCC-L-00001 99 999-AAA-CCC-F-00001 99 999-AAA-CCC-T-00001 99 999-AAA-CCC-E-00001 99 999-CCC-AAA-M-00001 99999 Where is the project code (no change) AAA-BBB-CCC and AAA are the different destinations there are 6 different L, F, G, E, F are Letters, Fax, Transmitals, E-mails, Moms This is how it should be mounted Excel Now I put an example of how it should be: We started in A2 A2: B2 Invoice Mail: 99999-AAA-BBB-E-00001 A3: B3 Mail Invoice: 99999-AAA-BBB-E-00002 A4: B4 Mail Invoice: 99999-AAA-CCC-E-00001 A5: B5 Mail Invoice: 99999-AAA-BBB-E-00003 A6: B6 Mail Invoice: 99999-AAA-CCC-E-00002 A7: Letter Rejected B7: 99999-AAA-BBB-L-00001 I mean, there we have 3 emails from AAA to BBB the counter is what changes. We also have 2 emails from AAA to CCC the counter increases. We also have a letter from AAA to BBB is 1 meter. I want to know what counter number for each case would be next.
